Singapore Pools
Singapore Pools was established on May 23, 1968 as an unrestricted gambling operator for Singaporeans to enjoy various forms of gambling activities legally and safely. Their initial mission was to channel horse racing betting demand into legal and controlled environments, yet over time their offerings have expanded in response to market dynamics and customer needs, now providing lottery games like Toto and 4-D as well as sports betting, horse racing and online gambling products and services to residents in Singapore.
Singapore Pools is committed to responsible gaming beyond providing an array of gambling options, working closely with government agencies, community groups and other stakeholders in an attempt to prevent problem gambling. Furthermore, Singapore Pools facilitates responsible gaming practices through self-exclusion and self-assessment tools for their customers.
Singapore Pools is undertaking measures to safeguard both their digital infrastructure and customer data. As well as expanding data centres, Singapore Pools has implemented business process redesign and systems changes designed to minimise cyber attacks’ effects. They have also improved cybersecurity training programs so employees can identify and report phishing messages.
